ORDERING
All promotions on our website are stocked as standard items. If an item is out of stock, we can often replenish it the same day, so there's no need to worry. For any stock inquiries, please contact us directly. Please note that offers and promotions may not be valid in store, please check with the cashier if the offer is still valid when visiting or calling to place an order.
VIEWING ORDERS
You can check your order status by calling us at your chosen location. We will also send you updates via email and text message, so please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Please keep your account details up to date for shipping and invoicing purposes. Incorrect details may prevent us from delivering your parcel, although charges will still apply. If you need to update your details please call us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same working day; those placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
We offer a 2-3 day standard delivery via our courier, though most customers receive their orders the next working day. Our courier partners, with whom we've worked for over ten years, provide a one-hour delivery window and tracking services. For urgent orders, next day delivery is available by calling our office at 0208 646 6502.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it using the cancellation form found here. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
